If you want to know your conversion rate and how to use stack up against the competition in campaign manager, go to the left, select insights and planning and then click brand metrics. Inside brand metrics, you want to head over to view detailed metrics for your brand. Click there and then go to change category and select your category for which you want to check your conversion rate. Once there, you want to take a look at your customer conversion rate. What's your brand conversion rate and what's your category median, category top, if that data is available, you want to be always higher than category median or at least close to category median. If you're lower than category median, that usually means that you need to improve your conversion rate by optimizing your listing.
